Returning unwanted items

Sometimes you'll change your mind, and that’s okay, we understand. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your dream bathroom. You can return anything you like to us within 30-days of delivery. We charge a small £25 collection fee, but no restocking charges!

Please contact us via email, live chat or phone and we'll be happy to help you. We attempt to collect products (as soon as possible) within three working days of the return query being raised. Once the item has been returned and checked over by our team, we'll authorise the refund to you.

Please note that unwanted items must be returned in their original box and packaging, and must be in a resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for used, partially or fully installed items (unless faulty).
