Can I exchange my item?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new, ideal bathroom. You can exchange anything you like with us, within 30-days of delivery. We do charge a small £25 collection fee, but no additional restocking charges!
Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org, our live chat function or by phone 03330 113 441 and we'll be more than happy to help you. We attempt to collect products (as soon as possible) within three working days of the return query being raised.
Once the item has been returned and checked over by our team, we'll arrange redelivery of the new item to you. Please note that unwanted items must be returned in their original box and packaging, and must be in a resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for used, partially or fully installed items (unless faulty).
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange redelivery of your new item, until the original item has been received, checked and booked in.
