Delivery & Returns

We don’t use any external couriers when delivering your fragile items. We think it's important to take extra care to make sure breakages are minimised, something we can't control if we were to use standard delivery services (such as Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes etc) for delivering such items. Our delivery partner's internal fleet makes sure that your order arrives safely, all in one piece.

UK (Mainland) Delivery

  • Free next-day delivery on all orders over £249.

  • £9 delivery charge for orders under £249.

  • Orders placed before 4pm (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) can be delivered next-day, or on a nominated day of your choice.

  • All deliveries are 'kerbside' (see Kerbside delivery for more info).

  • A live stock feed means we can ensure that we'll commit to delivering your order 100% of the time. Have you experienced ordering an item before, only to be later refunded and told it was unfortunately out of stock? We don't do this - your time is important, we like to be honest and up-front about if an item is truly available.

Scotland & Northern Ireland Delivery

  • £69 surcharge on all orders to Scotland & Northen Ireland.

  • Orders placed before 4pm (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) can be delivered within a 2-3 working day period (although occasionally will be delivered sooner, depending on if a delivery van is scheduled to be within reach of the given area on a certain day).

  • All deliveries are 'kerbside' (see Kerbside delivery for more info).

  • A live stock feed means we can ensure that we'll commit to delivering your order 100% of the time. Have you experienced ordering an item before, only to be later refunded and told it was unfortunately out of stock? We don't do this - your time is important, we like to be honest and up-front about if an item is truly available.


Delivery Conditions

We deliver orders between the hours of 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday. Whilst we endeavour to accommodate your preferred delivery window, this cannot be always guaranteed. All times given are estimates and no liability is accepted for late deliveries.

Please don't schedule any professional tradespeople until you have received your goods and thoroughly checked them for any (in rare cases) missing items, faults or defects.

 

Important Things to Consider

  • Do the roads leading to your property have any weight or height limitations?
  • Would a vehicle the size of a fire engine (7.7m x 2.54m) have trouble accessing the roads leading to your property?
  • Are there any low bridges, overhanging trees or cables?
  • Is there a time restriction for waiting outside your property?
  • Are there any foreseeable problems with a kerbside only delivery?

Kerbside Delivery

All our deliveries are 'kerbside' only by definition.

Kerbside deliveries will be delivered to the nearest flat, hard and accessible location to your property. The delivery team are unfortunately not insured to enter your property or unpack your order for you. However, our delivery driver is ultimately responsible for where they can sensibly offload your order for the care and safety of your product, and will take the utmost care in this process.

Depending on the size and weight of the product on your order, our delivery driver may require assistance with offloading.

Tracking Your Order

We believe that excellent communication is the key to improving your experience with us. We offer unparalleled clear and easy tracking, so your mind can rest easy.

  • When you place your order you will receive an email and text from our delivery partner, PJH. We will confirm your selected delivery date, time slot and provide a link allowing you to track your order.
  • Around 8pm, on the evening before your delivery, you will receive a text/email from PJH confirming your AM or PM delivery.
  • On the morning of the delivery, you will receive a text/email to confirm the driver has left the depot with your goods and a short 2-hour delivery window will be provided of when we estimate your order will arrive with you.
  • A live tracking link will also be available, where you can track your delivery on a map. When the driver is 30 minutes away, they will call you to confirm they will be with you shortly.

Fuss-Free Returns

Enjoy a hassle-free and easy way to return things with us. Return anything you like within 30 days of delivery. If you've simply changed your mind, we charge a small £25 collection fee, but no-restocking charge (as some retailers insist upon) - we please ask for all items to be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.

Our collection service is unique and based on our customer-focused outlook. Other retailers will have you sourcing delivery options on your own and subsequently wrapping, packing and sending your large unwanted bathroom pieces across the country, hoping and crossing your fingers that your packages arrive at the intended destination.

We believe your time is too valuable for this and want to see you getting your dream bathroom pieces correctly delivered so that they can be installed as soon as possible!

Missing Parts

If an order does happen to arrive on the rare occasion with parts missing, we sincerely apologise and ask that you please contact customer support via email, our live chat function or by phone. We'd suggest that you check your goods within 48h of delivery, to ensure maximum attention can be given to your order should an issue arise and to be able to rectify it as soon as is possible. Any time beyond this, may cause delays to processing the query.

Faulty | Defective Items

In the uncommon instance that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact customer support via email, live chat or phone within 30 days of receiving the item. The item will be collected at no charge to yourself and either a replacement or refund will be offered.

If the item was delivered to you more than 30 days ago and is damaged, it is covered under our guarantee and you can receive a 100% free replacement.

Returning Unwanted Items

Sometimes you change your mind and that’s okay, we understand. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ideal bathroom! You can return anything you like to us, provided it is within 30 days of delivery. We charge a small £25 collection fee, but no restocking charges (as some retailers insist upon).

We know that you'd rather not have the hassle of organising and sending a large bath or delicate glass product via courier service yourself - so we take care of all of that for you!

Contact us via email help@hellobathrooms.com, our live chat function or by phone 0330 133 9757 and we will be more than happy to help you. We attempt to collect products (as soon as possible) within 3 working days of the return being raised. Once the item has been returned and checked by our team, we will authorise the refund.

Please note that unwanted items must be returned in their original box and packaging, in a resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for used, partially or fully installed items - unless faulty.
